Harrisburg PA – Gov. Tom Wolf orders all Pennsylvania businesses that aren’t ‘life-sustaining’ to close, will enforce order. “Enforcement actions will be taken against non-life sustaining businesses that are out of compliance effective March 21, 2020, at 12:01 a.m.,” according to the order signed by Wolf. Sacramento CA – Gov. Gavin Newsom on Thursday issued a statewide order for all residents to ‘stay at home’ amid a coronavirus outbreak. According to the order, Californians in 16 CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE SECTORS are to continue working despite the order. Those include emergency services, energy and food and agriculture.
